Why should I use a limo service instead of a regular cab?

First, our rides are more comfortable. You and your family or colleagues will be riding in clean and new model Sedans, Vans, SUVs or Limousines.

All our cars are licensed to all necessary authorities, insured and bonded to 1 million dollars.

We also provide extra services as meet and greet on baggage claim, child and/or booster seats, grocery stops, all at no extra charge, there are no hidden fees.

Do you offer transportation services only inside Orlando?

No, we will gladly take you to and from anywhere in Florida, as long as there is a stop in Orlando.

How do your reservations work?

The sooner you fill the online reservation form, the better. We usually ask you to do that at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, but we will do our best to confirm any reservation.

If you get our confirmation e-mail or phone call, we will be there to pick you up, but if you do not receive our confirmation e-mail or if you must make any changes in your reservation, please contact us at (321)231-2150, as early as possible.

Do I need a credit card to hold my reservation?

Credit card information is optional for Sedans, Van or SUV services inside Orlando, while required for any out of town or limousine services.

Whenever the credit card information is provided, the charge will occur 24 hours prior to the pickup time. Cancellation information below.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? And what if my flight is late?

Cancellation fees apply if the cancellation information is provided with less than 24 hours to the pickup time. The penalty is 50% for round trips and 100% of your one-way reservation for any no show.

We do not charge extra for late or early pickups, as we will be screening your flight, but if the flight was missed or cancelled, reescheduling or cancellation fees may apply.

Where do I meet the driver?

If the pickup is due at an airport, we provide meet and greet service at no extra cost.

Just go the baggage claim area and the driver will be there, holding a sign with your name.

In case you cannot find the driver, please call (321)231-2150 for instructions.

If the pickup is not due at the airport, we will provide meeting instructions on the reservation confirmation e-mail.

In general, we will be at your door 2 hours before your domestic flight is expected to leave, and 3 hours, if the flight is international.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler’s checks, and cash.

How does your free grocery stop work?

In order to have a free grocery stop of up to 30 minutes you must book a round trip and request the grocery stop in your reservation. If the trip is just one-way, or if you need more minutes than the regular 30 minutes, the stop will be charged at $ 1.00 per minute. If the grocery stop is not informed in the reservation, but still needed, the driver will do his best to accomodate your need, provided his schedule allows.
